Welcome to LiverBuddy ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms of service.

2.1 Features

• Track and log alcoholic drinks with quick, minimal-tap interface
• Monitor your liver health through interactive avatar moods
• View consumption patterns through calendar visualization
• Access historical drinking data and trends
• Set and track personal drinking goals and streaks
• Receive hydration reminders and health notifications
• Post-night estimation slider for retroactive logging

2.2 Pricing and Payments

• The app is available through in-app purchase with subscription options:
  • Monthly subscription
  • Annual subscription (includes free trial period)
• All prices are shown in your local currency within the app
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change
• For annual subscriptions, the trial period begins when you confirm your subscription
• No charge will be applied during the trial period
• Payment will be charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase or after the trial period ends
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• If you cancel during the trial period, access to premium features will end immediately
• No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a subscription period

• The app provides drinking tracking and visualization tools
• Avatar moods reflect your consumption patterns and provide visual feedback
• Hydration reminders are sent based on your logged consumption
• Streak tracking helps maintain healthy drinking habits
• All health-related features are for informational purposes only

3. User Rights and Obligations

3.1 Age and Consent

• The app is intended for users of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction
• Users under 21 (or local legal drinking age) should not use this app for alcohol tracking
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must provide accurate information when logging drinks

3.2 Acceptable Use

• You agree to use the app responsibly and in accordance with local laws
• You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You agree not to reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• You agree not to use the app in any way that could damage or overburden our infrastructure
